Let Sunshine In, Drive Hunger Out in Detroit

Dole Packaged Foods, LLC is delivering sunshine to Detroit this February through a donation of canned pineapple from their "Let Sunshine In, Drive Hunger Out" Buy One, Give One campaign with The Kroger Co. that took place in November 2018. Dole is dedicated to hunger relief and is stocking food banks across the country with more sunshine where it's needed most.

Dole and Chef Jamie Gwen partnered together to make a foodbank-inspired cookbook filled with easy and healthy recipes. She stopped by the Fox2 Kitchen Sunday morning to showcase a few of the easy, healthy meal choices.
