Mizzfit boxes promoting women's fitness and beauty

(WJBK) - Bianca Jade's mission is to empower women through exercise and fashion. Her love for the gym inspired her to find Mizzfit.

If there's a new fitness trend or a hot look at the gym, chances are Mizzfit has tried it, done it and blogged about it.
