New brunch menu at Testa Barra

The chefs at Testa Barra have rolled out a new brunch menu. 

Chefs Michael and Gabrielle Baldwin joined us on The Nine to tell us more about it. You can hear from them in the video player above, and get their breakfast pizza recipe below. 

Carbonara Pizza
Cook Time: 20 min 
Yield: 1 pizza 

12 oz pizza dough
3 oz fontina cheese
1 ½ c shredded mozzarella
½ c guanciale
¼ c peas
3 eggs, whole
1 c flour

Place flour in medium mixing bowl and sprinkle a little on a flat/ dry surface. Dip your dough ball in the flour and start stretching clock wise with open palms, rotating the dough as it stretches out. Make sure you are leaving a margin of about 1 inch for the crust untouched. Once pizza dough is stretched to about 14 inches around. With a ladle, spread cheese sauce evenly leaving the crust dry, then sprinkle your mozzarella evenly as well. Dice your guanciale and sprinkle evenly as well as peas before putting in a 500-degree oven. About 3 minutes out from pulling out your pizza, add your 3 eggs on top and they will cook by the time the pizza is crispy and ready to pull out. Cut into desired amount of pieces and enjoy!
