Polar Plunge at Quicken Loans Winter Blast

(FOX 2) - We got a bit of a break last weekend but winter is far from over here in Detroit. 

This weekend, you can help a great cause by taking the polar plunge with the Quicken Loans Winter Blast. Community members, family and friends are encouraged to take the "plunge" into a pool of freezing water on the south side of Campus Martius park, all while benefiting a great cause - the Special Olympics of Michigan.
