Ribs and RnB Music Festival Aug. 11-13
(WJBK) - Big music acts, and, of course, ribs are taking over Detroit weekend long. The Ribs and R&B Music Festival is back August 11-13 at Hart Plaza.
Festival goers can enjoy ribs from locel barbecue experts while enjoying a variety of musiv from R&B and soul singers.
Johnnie Washington joined us in studio to tell us more about the festival with Chef Andrea Durham from Clara's Place. She cooked up a pork spare rib, and you can get her recipe below.
