Shop downtown Detroit with an Evening on the Ave

DETROIT (WJBK) - The Evening on the Avenue is a cool event that allows you to explore and shop in downtown Detroit.

The event takes place 5-9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10.

Participating retailers include Bird Bee, Bonobos, Citizen Yoga, City Bark, Detroit Bikes, Detroit is the New Black, Detroit Water Ice Factory, House of Pure Vin, John Varvatos, Moosejaw, Nike, Nojo Kicks, Red Rose Florest, The TEN, Under Armour, Vault of Midnight, Warby Parker, Woodhouse Day Spa and a special pop-up at 1441 Woodward Ave.

You can find free parking in the Z-lot at 1234 Library Street.

Bedrock's Director of Tenant Relations Francesca George joins FOX 2 to talk about the big event, along with four models from Bird Bee, Under Armour, Nojo Kicks and Bonobos, including a special guest wearing City Bark.
