Slider and new drink recipes from Indo
(WJBK) - Indo restaurant in Keego Harbor is finally able to serve up some drinks after getting its liquor license, so William Schwab and Nick Alonzo join us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to show us some of their newest cocktails. They also share their recipe for sliders, which you can find below.

INDO SLIDERS
Use food processor or meat grinder: grind Fresh ground Angus beef short ribs, dash of salt and pepper - press into bun size patties
Toppings: Shredded daikon radish, carrots, jalapenos - place in small bowl and add a generous amount of apple cider vinegar- marinate 24 hours.
Sriracha Mayo - 4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise, mix with 2-4 teaspoons of Sriracha to desired heat level.
Ginger Cole Slaw:
1 medium head of Napa cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup Coconut sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, ginger, and carrot.
In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. mix well until blended.
Pour dressing mixture over cabbage and carrots and toss well; salt and pepper to taste
Chill and serve.
Homemade Potato Chips - thinly slice potatoes and soak in ice water just before frying (1 medium potato for 2 people), fry until golden brown.
Grill burgers to preferred doneness, top with cheese if desired
Buttered Hawaiian sweet rolls - grill until golden brown

3oz Jamu - made from Turmeric root, ginger root, cinnamon, and cloves
splash lime juice, lemon oleo, and candle nut bitters
shake and garish with pineapple cherry and mint
Watermelon Cooler
pulp from a medium watermelon
1/4 pineapple
juice of two lemons
1/2 cup sugar
8oz vodka
