16 year old shot in a drive by shooting in Allen Park

ALLEN PARK, Mich. (WJBK) - Police are investigating a drive by shooting that happed Saturday night around 8 p.m. at Oakwood and Enterprise.

 A 16-year-old male was driving with a family member, coming back from family function. 

He stopped at a light, and had a verbal altercation between someone in a black four door sedan next to him. Police say the suspect in the sedan opened fire on the car. 

Multiple shots were fired, hitting the teen once in the torso.

Family member drove the victim to the hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
