CATCH Golf Classic raises money for children in need
The 28th annual Caring Athletes Team for Children's & Henry Ford Hospitals Golf Classic was in full swing Monday at Meadowbrook Country Club.
CATCH is a charity for children founded by the late Sparky Anderson benefiting Children's Hospital of Michigan Foundation and Henry Ford Hospital.
On Monday, FOX 2's Amy Andrews caught up with a few of the celebrity players including former Red Wings Joe Kocur and Darren McCarty - as well as FOX 2's own Taryn Asher.
In the past nearly three decades the non-profit organization has given $6 million to Children's and Henry Ford hospitals and has built a board designated endowment to $9 million.
