CrossRoads Plaza in Sterling Heights Groundskeeper/maintenance person
(WJBK) - CrossRoads Plaza in Sterling Heights has an immediate opening for a Groundskeeper/maintenance person. Duties include but are not limited to keeping sidewalks clear, keep parking lot clean, checking empty units, salting and snow blowing/shoveling sidewalks in the winter, cut field in the summer, checking and maintaining sprinkler heads, keep planted area's clean and free of garbage, window cleaning, lighting, maintaining equipment, i.e., tractor, snow blower, trimmers etc. Must be mechanically inclined, able to climb ladders and work with minimal supervision.
