PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The 2016 Democratic National Convention is being held through Thursday at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center. It’s expected to end with Hillary Clinton accepting her party’s nomination in November’s presidential election, to face Republican Donald Trump and replace term-limited Barack Obama.
