Detroit police looking for Valley Pitchford, 68

(WJBK) - Detroit police are asking for the public's help finding a 68-year-old woman whose been missing since the morning of Monday, February 5, 2018. 

Police say Valley Pitchford was discovered missing from her home by her son around 11 a.m. Her home is in the 7300 block of Fielding. 

Her son said he spoke to his mother the night before, but hasn't heard from her since. 

He told police he went to check on her, and her car was gone. He says this is the first time his mother's been missing. 

Pitchford may be driving a pink 2001 Toyota. 

She is 5 feet 7 inches tall, 195 lbs., and has black/gray copper hair and brown eyes. 

Police say Pitchford has paranoid schizophrenia.
