Dozens of drivers are ticketed after big Michigan freeway pileup

The chain reaction crash involved 193 vehicles and closed the highway for two days. A trucker was killed and 18 people were hurt. Five emergency workers were also treated for minor injuries. 

Police say the primary cause of the accident was drivers going too fast for snowy road conditions. Michigan requires drivers to go at a "careful and prudent speed" based on the conditions.
