EB 696 open in Oakland Co. fully reopens after weekend construction

(WJBK) - Eastbound 696 in Oakland County has fully reopened Monday after weather affected the construction this weekend. 

Limited lanes were only open from I-275 to Telegraph Monday during the morning commute after the weather affected some of the new concrete over the weekend. 

All lanes were fully open again around 9 a.m.
