'Goldmine' of lost tools found by man looking for rightful owner

(WJBK) - Greg Dilone came across a bucket full of tools last Thursday morning on the I-94 service drive near Eight Mile in Harper Woods.

"This is probably a goldmine to somebody," he said in a Facebook video. "If this is somebody's livelihood. I got it. I'll hold it. I'm in Harper Woods at Home Run Alarm Company."

But so far no one has claimed the bucket of tools. A contractor himself, Dilone just wants to get the tools back to their rightful owner - he says he once lost his own tools.

"A worker didn't close the tailgate and by the time I drove home I had lost this plus more," he said.

He says the contractor who owns these tools will definitely know something unique about this bucket.

"If anybody can call me on it, they can describe the contents at the bottom of the bucket," he said. "I know what's at the bottom and so will the owner."
