Jet's Pizza celebrates 40th anniversary
(WJBK) - Jet's Pizza is celebrating a big anniversary this weekend, and you're invited to take part. Their 40th anniversary is this month and they're rolling things back the original price.
On Sunday, August 26, you can get a large, one topping pizza for the same price it was 40 years ago, in 1978 -- just $4.99.
You can snag the deal from noon to 6 p.m. with the code 1978. You can only get that price, though, if you pick-up, and it's while supplies last. You're also limited to one pizza per order.
In 1978, brothers, Eugene and John Jetts opened their first store together in Sterling Heights as Jetts Party Shoppe and Pizzeria. The company has now grown to over 380 stores in 20 states.
