Mac and Cheese from Addison Eatery

Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Be sure to let your pan get hot before starting.
Melt the butter in the pan.
Add the garlic.
Cook until just starting to turn golden.
Deglaze with white wine.
Add heavy cream and macaroni.
Turn or stir the macaroni in the cream mixture.
Add shredded cheese.
Mix well.
Pour into oven dish of choice.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top.
Put the dish in the oven until the bread crumbs are golden brown.
