Police have arrested two people and are looking for one more involved in what they believe was a prostitution scheme at a Macomb Township massage parlor.

Owner 61-year-old Kui Liu and manager 52-year-old Lanjun Zhao, have been charged with prostitution, a 5-year felony, and using computers to commit a crime, a 7-year felony.

The Macomb County Sheriff's Office Special Enforcement Team investigated the parlor at 21 Mile Rd. and Hayes after receiving several anonymous tips regarding prostitution. They began surveillance and sent in undercover detectives, who were solicited by the employees.

Investigators searched the parlor and a home in Madison Heights linked to employees. Using an interpreter, officers conducted interviews and took several items as evidence. Liu and Zhao were taken into custody.

Police are looking for a third person they believe to be another manager, 59-year-old Zhiping Zhong. She's described as an Asian female, 5'2", 130 lbs, with black eyes and black shoulder-length hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call Macomb County Sheriff's S.E.T. unit at (586) 493-4861.
