Man arraigned in shooting of 8 year-old girl at Detroit gas station

(WJBK) - The man suspected of shooting an 8 year old girl made his first appearance in court. 

Damond Reeves, 21, of Detroit was arraigned on four counts of Assault with Intent to Murder, one count CCW and five counts of Felony Firearm. 

After he shot an eight year old girl on Plymouth near Wyoming in Detroit on March 23.

8 year-old Kaya Philson is expected to be okay after being shot in the arm at a gas station.
