Man in medical mask robs Ferndale Huntington Bank at gunpoint
FERNDALE, Mich. (WJBK) - Police are searching for a suspect in an armed robbery at Huntington Bank in Ferndale.
Officials say around 12:30 p.m. June 25, a man walked into the bank at 306 W. 9 Mile in Ferndale. He then displayed a black semi-automatic handgun, demanding money from the drawer.
The teller complied and the suspect fled out the back door. No one was injured in the incident.
The suspect is described as a white male, about 5'10" and 170 lbs.
He was wearing a federal premium ammuntion baseball hat with a black front panel, dark sunglasses, a white medical type mask, black jacket, blue jeans and brown shoes.
Huntington Bank is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
