Man robbed, stabbed at Detroit bus stop
DETROIT (WJBK) - Police are investigating a robbery and a stabbing that happened early Monday morning at a bus stop on Detroit's east side.
We're told a 25-year-old man was waiting at the bus stop at 7 Mile and Van Dyke when the incident happened. We're told a man approached him, robbed him and stabbed him.
The victim ran to a nearby gas station for help and the suspect took off.
The victim's condition isn't known at this time, but he was able to give police a brief description of the suspect.
Police say they're looking for a black man with a medium build and light complexion, and say he was wearing a white and blue hoodie and Air Force One gym shoes.
