Man shot and killed at Detroit strip club, no arrests

Detroit Police say one person is dead after three were shot at a strip club on Detroit's southwest side early Monday morning.

Police were called to Crazy Horse strip club on Lonyo and Michigan around 2:00 Monday morning to a report of a shooting. According to officers on scene, three people were shot, one of which died from his injuries.

Police have identified the victim and are working to notify family at this time. We have chosen not to release his identity until his family is informed of his death.

A witness to the shooting told FOX 2's Maurielle Lue that he was driving past the scene and hold several shooting and he got out of his car to try and help the victim. The witness  said the man had two gunshot wounds and he applied pressure to both of them in an attempt to keep him alive.

He said the victim told him he was cold and said "please don't let me die."

Detectives spent the morning hours investigating the shooting and talking with witnesses and possible people of interest.

They have not announced any arrests at this time. They have also not said the conditions of the other two victims.
