Man, woman fatally shot on Andover in Detroit
DETROIT (WJBK) - Two people have been fatally shot on Detroit's east side Tuesday.
Detroit police say a male and female were shot to death in the 19400 block of Andover just south of E. State Fair. Two suspects fled in a red Monte Carlo, according to investigators.
