Two men allegedly get into a Detroit home by knocking out an air conditioning unit and are there when a woman comes home, she was then sexually assaulted.

The facts are troubling for the 15000 block of Northlawn street in Detroit.

Police say it was just before one Sunday morning.

One of the suspects threw the woman on the floor and allegedly raped her.

“That’s a tragic incident, senseless, people are evil,” neighbor Antonio Walker said.

After the assault, police say both men ran out of the front door, they took her ID and debit card.

The woman was taken to the hospital and is stable.
