Milford student writes violence, suicide threat on gummy fish

Milford Police said students at the high school passed around an image of a gummy fish that contained a message from a 16-year-old student who threatened suicide and to kill everyone in Milford.
According to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office, the teenager wrote the note on the fish last week. The sheriff's office said another boy, a 15-year-old, kept the fish and put it on his Snapchat for friends to see becuase he thought it was cool.
After the 15-year-old posted it, other students took screenshots posted it on other social media.
Eventually the photos made their way to the school and into the sheriff's office. Deputies began investigating and tracked down the students reponsible.
PCSO Deputy Eric Delanoy said "these are kids that made a stupid choice". The students picked them up from school and will not be returning to the high school until the district and Oakland County Sheriff's Office determine what to do
The juvenile division of the Oakland County prosecutor's office has been notified and will determine what will happen next.
