Moped rider killed after collision with pickup truck in Garden City
WESTLAND, Mich. (FOX 2) - Garden City police are investigating after a moped rider was hit and killed by a pickup truck Thursday afternoon.
Police were called to an area north east of of Ford Rd and Venoy Rd around 3 p.m. to the accident in Westland.
Video from SkyFOX showed a white pickup truck pulling a flatbed trailer with the front end of a moped underneath the front of the truck.
Garden City and Michigan State Police are on scene and investigating.
