Person trapped inside garbage truck covered in downed power lines
EASTPOINTE, Mich. (WJBK) - Emergency crews in Eastopinte have freed a person that was trapped inside a garbage truck covered in downed power lines.
The person was trapped in the truck at Kelly Road and Rosetta Avenue, which is just south of 9 Mile Road.
It's not clear at this time how the power lines came down on top of the truck, but we're told the downed lines sparked a fire.
The driver was not injured.
