Police search for driver in fatal hit & run at 8 Mile and Wyoming

(WJBK) - One person is dead after a hit and run incident in Detroit.

The victim who has not been identified, was driving across 8 Mile from Wyoming when he was struck by a car, police confirmed the driver disregarded a stop sign and hit the victim.

The suspect was in a black SUV with damage to the passenger side door.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
