Reports: Two glasses of wine a day helps keep the weight away

(FOX News) - Could drinking vino really help you lose weight? Some experts say yes.

According to reports, studies show that drinking wine before bed could help you keep your figure.

In one study by Harvard Medical School, women who drank two glasses of wine each day were 70 percent less likely to be overweight, according to a report on Shape.com.
