Slot machine glitches hold up customers for hours at MotorCity Casino

DETROIT (WJBK) - Problems overnight at the MotorCity Casino have been resolved after a technical issue with the ticket system.

Customers trying to get their winnings were stuck at their slot machines as their pay-outs wouldn't print.

It was three or four hours before the system began working again. Customers said they weren't even leaving their machines to go to the bathroom for fear someone would steal their winnings.

MotorCity Casino has finally fixed the problem. Staff were hand-writing tickets to customers could leave their machines.
