Snow possible this weekend as winter temps come back
Could metro Detroit see snow in April?
Well, it surely would not be the first time but for most of us, that means the tease of spring temperatures we've had recently will make us all wish they were back!
Currently there is a winter weather advisory is in effect for Genesee, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, Sanilac and St. Clair counties from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m. Saturday.
Also, there is a wind advisory in effect for Lenawee, Monroe, Washtenaw and Wayne counties from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday.
Fox 2's Weather Authority says the temperatures will dip below freezing Sunday and that is when metro Detroit should expect its best chance for any accumulating snow. High temperatures will still possibly break the low 40's Saturday and Sunday.
