Student found dead in Oakland Community College parking lot

Oakland Community College said a 30-year-old student was found dead in a parking lot on campus Monday night but the school says foul play is not suspected.

Justin Tucker, 30, was found dead in what the school is calling an "isolated and unfortunate accident" in parking lot number 1 on the Auburn Hills campus.

The school said nobody was involved and foul play is not suspected.

The medical examiner told FOX 2 that Tucker died by 'compression asphyxiation', meaning his lungs were compressed and he couldn't breath. His death is being ruled an accident.

OCC Public Safety is investigating and is getting assistance from the Auburn Hills Traffic Investigation Unit.

The school said Tucker was a student from Ortonville, Michigan, but did not provide further details.

The school is providing counselors for students, staff, and faculty members at the OCC counseling office.
