Teen gets probation for threats against Ben Carson High School in Detroit

A teen was sentenced to probation and community service in connection with threats made to the Ben Carson High School in Detroit. 

Randall Brown, 18, was sentenced to one year probation, 60 hours of community service and must attend anger management classes. 

Police say Brown emailed a threat to Ben Carson High School.

He was charged with one count of false report or threat of terrorism, a 20-year felony offense and one count of malicious use - telecommunications services, a 6-month misdemeanor.
