Two teens accidentally shot in Eastpointe home

Police are at the scene of a shooting involving two teens in Eastpointe.

The incident happened in the 22000 block of Hayes in what is suspected to be an accident Thursday afternoon.

A group of teens were playing with the gun when it went off at about 3:30 p.m., according to police. According to FOX 2's Ron Savage both victims were 14 years old.

Both of them suffered serious, non-life threatening injuries and have been hospitalized.
