Video released of Detroit party store firebombing; reward offered
DETROIT (WJBK) - Detroit police is looking for two suspects in connection to a firebombing of an east side party store.
At 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, two men came to the Pick-A-Snack liquor store on Seven Mile and threw a lit molotov cocktail inside. The incident happened with about five customers inside and two employees working.
The men then fled north on Caldwell Street. The bottle with gasoline and a lit white rag caused a small fire which was extinguished by the owner.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspects.
