Video released showing suspect who shot 5 at Penthouse Lounge
New security video released by police shows the suspect wanted in a shooting that wounded five people.
The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying and locating a suspect in the Penthouse Lounge Feb.28.
The incident happened at 11:30 p.m. at the lounge, in the 8800 block of Livernois. All of the victims suffered non-life threatening injuries.
In the video, the suspect is a black male, about 25 to 28 years old, 6 feet and 240 pounds. He has a medium complexion and short afro, scraggly beard and is wearing black clothing. In the video he is being held back by two witnesses before the suspect pulls out a gun from his right pocket and fires shots into the crowd.
The suspect was seen fleeing from the scene in a white or gray Chevrolet Astro minivan.
