A Michigan woman is coming forward to say she was also sexually abused by the Detroit man in custody in Alabama, who's allegedly connected to a child pornography video that was widely shared on Facebook.

Octavia Slaten saw the report that 44-year-old named Germain Moore was in custody. He's facing charges in Detroit for sexually abusing three sisters.

"When I found out it was him, I was like, this could have been prevented a long time ago and this man - he hurt so many little girls," Slaten says.

Slaten is from Detroit and is now 26 years old. She says when she was 12, her mother was dating Moore and that he molested her and others.

"His hands were in my pants and he was rubbing all over my private parts," Slaten remembers. "Years down the line, that's when my little sister came to me and she told me the things he did to her."

Slaten says she told her mother but she didn't believe her, although she remembers the police coming to her house as a teenager but doesn't recall what happened. Finally, her mother left Moore.

"Later on down the line when she saw child porn and all types of stuff on his computer, that's when she was like okay, that's enough," Slaten says.

It is now alleged Moore went on to molest other children. Now living in Alabama, he turned himself in to authorities there Tuesday morning.

"I promise you we will do everything in our power to insure that this defendant, if found guilty, is incarcerated as long as humanly possible," said Randall Houston, District Attorney, Alabama 19th Circuit Court.

Moore is facing multiple charges in Alabama, and is expected to be extradited to Michigan soon. Authorities believe one of the Detroit girls Moore is accused of abusing was seen in the video shared widely on Facebook after a mother came forward to Detroit Police.

"I want him to burn in hell. I really do," Slaten says. "I want him to be tortured. I want him to feel how I was feeling."

And Detroit Police Chief James Craig told FOX 2 that investigators want more victims to come forward.

"If there are additional victims out there we certainly want to know about it," Craig said. "I don't care if it was 20 years ago - we want to know."
