Blashill, Larkin & Others Speak Before Red Wings Host Habs in Atlantic Division Showdown

DETROIT--

The Detroit Red Wings (15-8-5, 35 points) host the Montreal Canadiens (19-7-3, 41 points) in a huge Atlantic Division showdown tonight.  The Red Wings come off a shootout loss last Tuesday to the Capitals, but have points in eleven straight games (7-0-4).  Only two of those games though have finished in regulation.  The Red Wings have points in eight straight games at Joe Louis.  

Red Wings Head Coach Jeff Blashill said they will likely go with the same forward lines & defensive pairings as Tuesday.

Petr Mrazek (8-4-3, 2.41 GAA,, .924 Save pct.) will be in goal for the Wings.  Mrazek last started five days ago against the Predators where he stopped 28 of 32 shots in the Wings 5-4 overtime victory.  

Dustin Tokarski (0-0-0, 6.00 GAA., .846 Save pct.) will be in net for the Habs tonight and has only played in one game since being recalled after it was announced Carey Price (lower body) would be out long-term.  Tokarski has played in 28 career NHL games and has a 2.85 GAA. and a .906 Save pct.
