WATCH: Harbaugh Speaks on National Signing Day

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WJBK) - Michigan football Head Coach Jim Harbaugh spoke Wednesday afternoon on National Signing Day.  The Wolverines' started the day with "Signing of the Stars" as they had different celebrities announce recruits who have committed to Michigan.  Michigan later announced they "raised over $110,000 for the Chad Tough Foundation" because of "Signing of the Stars".    

The biggest news came later as the consensus No.1 recruit in the country Rashan Gary committed to Michigan.  Harbaugh couldn't specifically speak about Gary since he had not received a National Letter of Intent as of that time from Gary, but he met with reporters to discuss where he feels the football program is and where it's going, plus much more.  Here were some of the highlights:
