One shot at Partridge Creek Mall
Sources said the victim was found outside the mall, near the movie theater. Police said the victim was taken to an area hospital. A person of interest was developed during the initial investigation. This individual is described as a black male wearing a green hooded-sweatshirt with white flowers, jeans, and tennis shoes. This person was last seen fleeing the mall to the west. This incident appears to be an isolated event that was contained between two parties, and not targeted at the tree lighting ceremony.
