Walking off the job at 5 a.m., Teamsters union members employed at the Marathon Refinery in Detroit are now picketing for better wages and better working conditions. Some 270 workers are employed at the massive facility.

Lakisha Davis filed a $10 million lawsuit against the Detroit Receiving Hospital and DMC -- citing wrongful termination, retaliation and slander.
