A man who defended himself from being punched was charged with carrying a concealed knife, but was not charged for stabbing his attacker to death earlier this week in Southgate. Michigan State Police used Trooper 2 to help arrest a carjacker, and follow ups on a deadly explosion in Tennessee and a homecoming night shooting in Mississippi on the Oct. 11 FOX 2 News at 10 p.m.

Charles M. Hinton, II, 33, of Riverview was charged with a concealed weapons charge after the fatal stabbing of Ramon Vazquez, 23, of Southgate. Hinton will not be charged in the death, after it was ruled self-defense.
