Andiamo rolls out Art of Pasta menu

Andiamo has perfected the art of handmaking pasta. To celebrate, they've rolled out a new menu featuring four of their signature, handmade pasta dishes.

Chef Jim Oppat joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to tell us more about the menu and the dishes, and to show us how they make some of the sauces. You can watch in the video player above, and get his Amatriciana recipe here and the Cacio e Pepe recipe here. 

Each dish is $16.95 and comes with salad or soup. You can check out the Art of Pasta menu at all locations until October 30, 2018.
