Chef Dustin Harder's pizza-dilla

Michigan native and Chef Dustin Harder hosts The Vegan Roadie on YouTube and will be in Ann Arbor shooting this week. But first, he joined us on The Nine to show us how to make a pizza-dilla -- a cross between a quesadilla and a pizza.

1 Tortilla
½ Cup Daiya mozzarella shreds
2 Tablespoons onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons green pepper, chopped
¼ Cup pizza sauce or marinara, store bought

Preheat your iron. You read that correctly.

While you iron is preheating place tortilla on large square of aluminum foil, large enough to fold over tortilla. Sprinkle half the cheese on one half of the tortilla, add peppers and onions, top with marinara and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Fold the other half over the toppings and then fold the foil over the entire Pizzadilla closing the edges of the foil.

Place iron on foil and iron it out, leave iron on foil for 2 minutes, flip and repeat.
Open foil, cut Pizzadilla in half and enjoy!
