Fox2 Newsmaker: Pastor Marvin Winans Talks Schools, Marijuana Dispensaries

From education and crime to economic development and matters of faith, Pastor Marvin Winans, of Perfecting Church, has strong opinions about improving the quality of life for Detroiters. And he's not afraid to share them. 

He did just that Saturday morning when he stopped by the Fox2 Studios as part of our ongoing Newsmaker series. Winans covered his opposition to the Detroit Education Commission and expansion of marijuana dispensaries in the city. He also talked about the positive impact he hopes to help make with the church's new 20-acre campus under development at 7 Mile Road and Woodward Avenue.
