Southfield (WJBK) - Go! Smoothie celebrates their one-year anniversary since starting out in Downtown Detroit. With a wide assortment of different flavors and more on the way, Go! Smoothies shows us how to make a few of their own smoothies:
Very Berry plus greens and chia. Add 1 tsp. of Green Tea Powder for energy.
1 cups of mixed berry
1/4 cup of pineapple
1 handful of spinach
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 or 2 dates for sweetness

2/3 apple green apple. 1/4 avocado. 1/2 cup of pineapple, 1/4 lemon peeled 1/2 banana small Tablespoon of oatmeal and teaspoon of vegan vanilla protein powder. Blend thoroughly.
