Huron Room "Shrimp Boil"
- 1/2lbs fresh water shrimp (Salt water is fine also)
- 1/2 a head of garlic
- 4 ea waxy potatoes like a redskin cut in half
- 1 ea ear of corn, cut into 4 pieces
Place all ingredients in a mesh "Ham" bag and place in a boiling pot of shrimp or fish broth for about 8 - 10 minutes. Open the bag, squeeze lemon over it all and eat!
