Imperial Food Truck at Quicken Winter Blast Weekends

Quicken Loans Winter Blast Weekends returns to Campus Martius Park in downtown Detroit this Friday with some big changes. 

Stephanie McIntyre joined us in studio to tell us more, along with Chef Margie Spakoff to give us a taste of some of the food we can expect to see. You can hear from them in the video player above, and get her recipe below.

Take one beef hotdog and wrap it with one slice of bacon
Stew 4 oz of pinto beans with onions & garlic.
Fry wrapped hot dog for 1.5 minutes at 350 degrees

Place hot dog in bun and add:
2 oz fresh tomatoes
2 oz diced white onions
2 oz guacamole
1 oz poblano lime crème
1 oz salsa verde
2 oz queso fresco
1 oz cilantro
