Rock City Eatery's Build Your Own Burger

The Rock City Eatery in Detroit is offering a new option for patrons to build their own burger, and options run from the traditional to the very non-traditional, including kimchi, Thai slaw, Chimichurry, etc.  

Chef Nikita Santches dropped by the Fox2 Kitchen Saturday morning to showcase some of their signature burgers and other menu items.
