Summer Grilling with Bad Brad's BBQ

Grilling, for many, can be considered an art form. Just ask Marc Pollard, of Bad Brad's BBQ, who has dedicated the bulk of his professional life to crafting raw meats into delicious barbeque meals. He stopped by the Fox2 studios Saturday morning to demonstrate how the pros do it.

  • 1/2 c. Salt
  • 1/4 c. White sugar 
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar 
  • 1 T. Granulated Garlic 
  • 1T. Granulated Onion
  • 2 T. Paprika
  • 2 T. Chili Powder
  • 2 T. Black Pepper 
  • 2 t. Cayenne pepper 
  • 1 T. Dried Thyme 
  • 1 T. Cumin
  • 1 t. Nutmeg
